Excellent holiday apartment, clean, modern and great location Positive: Property looks great. Nice, modern and clean apartment. Excellent location it is 5-10 minutes walk from Dubai mall. Secure building with key card access to get inside and to use the elevator, so felt very safe. 24 hour restaurant and hookah place in the same building downstairs which was decent/okay. Tried the kebab place downstairs Berlin Donner which was excellent. My guest experience manager Sajjad who I was dealing with was excellent. Very professional, helpful and tended to all my needs. He gave an excellent service and made sure my stay was first class. Very happy with the service and I will be coming back for my next trips because of him. I tried the hot tub jaccuzi downstairs which was lovely. It is by the main swimming pool. There is also a kids paddling pool which is heated which is working fine which was nice. This is overall an excellent property and I would go back, just would be great if they can fix the water heater for the main swimming pool then it would be perfect. The apartment itself is 5 stars. My guest experience manager Sajjad was great and made sure everything was good. Negative: Only downside about the place was the main swimming pool is not heated and the lifeguard said the water heater is broken.. So the water is very cold and most people cannot swim in it which is ashame. This meant only the jaccuzi hot tub was usable and it would have been nice to use the big swimming pool. The paddling pool for the children was heated and working too. Just the main pool was not heated. Weather was 20 degrees Celsius in January and the water was way too cold in the main pool. I imagine in the summer it may not be an issue where the temperature goes above 35 degrees c. One more thing with regards to parking, the ramps which go up each floor are quite narrow, which meant it was quite a task to turn into them to drive up to the 3rd floor parking. But I managed it and got used to it after the first attempt. Just something to be aware of if you have a bigger car. I had a big SUV and managed to get up but it was tight going around the corners onto the ramps. Only managed it because of the 360 cameras otherwise I wouldn't have been able to do it.
